Once the home has been cleaned and cleared by the appropriate crews, we schedule a consultation to assess the damage and build a plan. We can often walk the property before that point so the scope and estimate are ready when the house is, which keeps the rebuild from stalling.
The whole thing, in-house: structural reframing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim, doors, and paint. You will not need to hire and coordinate a separate contractor for each stage, which keeps the work consistent and the schedule under one plan.
It depends on how much of the home is involved. A single damaged room comes together relatively quickly, while a rebuild with structural reframing and new cabinetry runs considerably longer, often set by material lead times rather than labor. We give you a realistic timeline during your consultation.

Where a product line has been discontinued, which is common with flooring and cabinets, we will show you the closest alternatives and talk through where a clean transition looks better than a near-match.
