When framing members, sill plates, or subfloor have absorbed enough moisture to lose their integrity, they need to be replaced before anything goes back over them. We will assess what is exposed, replace what cannot carry a load, and tie the new work into the surrounding structure. From there, we work outward through insulation, drywall, finishes, and fixtures.
